Per MosNews:

The AS-28 mini submarine crew had been given orders to start the emersion process, RIA Novosti information agency reported at 05:15am Moscow time (02:15am GMT). The process is supposed to take no more than 5 minutes

And more:

The source expects the operation to start within the nearest half of an hour (i.e. before 06:00msk). (ie. in about 15 minutes of this posting)

Any minute now!

That MosNews story just got updated to add this:
In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, the region’s capital, Naval Hospital is fully prepared to treat the crew of AS-28 Priz mini-sub, as they resurface. “Best specialists of navy medical force are assembled in the hospital, and they’re ready to offer assistance to sailors”, — a military source told Interfax-AVN agency on Sunday.

Hopefully, this won't be too necessary. Some hypothermia at most - the CO2 shouldn't have gotten too dangerous yet in the sub.
