I am an underwater archaeologist from Lisbon, Portugal.
I run a blog entitled "Do Fundo do Mar... Sea bottom" and I had made a link to your blog. I hope you don’t mind.
Beside two projects I’m starting now in two sunken German submarines (WWI U-? and WWII U-1277), in my blog I regularly post about historical and archaeological subs.
If you are interested I wouldn’t mind to contribute to this blog.

They used to operate in packs; nowadays it seems to be in pairs.
Ah yes, and "no heel" as this seldom "toed" vessel that takes "soles" to the "tongue" of the ocean which is "laced" with deep hydrophones.
getting tied up at the pier has a whole new meaning for this class boot. and i bet it rides pretty smooth in 1 foot swells, too.
Funny stuff! Both the pic and your comments, shipmates!
Your puns are positively Shakespearean--and coming from me that's a compliment! LOL. Love 'em.
