Report That AS-28 Surfaces

Foxnews has a "breaking news" blurb on their webpage that says "Trapped Russian Mini-Sub Surfaces". Great news if true!

Update 2134 06 Aug: What other blog will give you four separate reports in a two minute span that the sub surfaced? Here's a Yahoo link for good measure. A commenter reports that Sky News is saying all seven crewmembers are alive, but I haven't seen a link.
