50,000 Visitors!
Earlier tonight, we had our
50,000th visitor here at Ultraquiet No More -- a reader from Reston, Virginia, who came here from
Unconsidered Trifles. In the little over 9 months this group submarine blog has been running, we've had 440 posts and proved to be
the source for the blogosphere
to visit for in-depth submarine commentary
during the rescue of the crew of the
Russian mini-sub AS-28. Thanks to all the contributors and, most importantly, all the visitors who make this site what it is. BZs all around!

Was the visitor from Reston, or were they on AOL, which I believe shows that _all_ their customers are in Reston....?
I didn't catch that piece of info, and now it's dropped off the bottom of the Sitemeter. I guess it'll remain a mystery...
Wow--that's wonderful news, and I must say I'm very proud (for what it's worth) that they came from my site--if only cuz it means that people do visit it! LOL.
And I love that UNM is THE web clearing house for submariner opinion & issues. How cool is that, huh?!
Congratulations on hitting the 50,000 visitor mark. As good as this site is, y'all should be hitting 1,000,000 in short order. Best wishes for continued success.
